Bug reports, issues, feature requests, or any other technical inquiries related to OSoMe tools, including Botometer, Hoaxy, and BotSlayer
Be specific about which tool, which error, and any additional information (query, system, etc.) that can help us address the issue
We love feedback about how you use our OSoMe tools, what works, what does not, and how we might improve

Press inquiries or interview requests
Researchers or civil society organization interested in starting a collaboration (please beware that our resources are limited)
Any other questions about the Observatory on Social Media that are not about OSoMe tools
